Tara
Hygiene Coordinator
Tara finished her theory portion of the Medical Office Assistant Program at Algonquin Careers Academy and has recently finished her placement here at Dentistry@Winchester. She is eager to learn more about the dental field and expand her knowledge.
She resides on her family crop farm outside of Crysler, where she grew up with her three sisters. When not in the office Tara spends time with her three children, hiking, camping, and snowmobiling. Travelling, DIY projects, and gardening are some other pastimes she enjoys.
Tara is excited to see where this new journey takes her!
Heather
Office Manager & Treatment Coordinator
Heather grew up in Victoria BC and moved to Ontario in 2017 with her husband who was in the military. She has been in the dental field for 10 years and loves the personal relationships that are made with all of her dental patients.
She currently resides in Williamsburg with her husband, son, dog and two cats. In her spare time she loves to read and bake.
Megan
Registered Dental Hygienist
Megan first started her dental career in 2015 as a Dental Assistant before furthering her education to become a Dental Hygienist in 2019. She enjoyed living in the city of Ottawa for 3 years before moving back to her hometown of Brockville in 2023. Her favourite thing about her job is bringing a smile to her patient's faces and helping build their self-confidence.
When Megan is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and staying active. Some of her favourite activities include hiking, swimming, camping, cooking, and listening to music. In the future, she looks forward to doing more travelling and exploring new places!
Jay
Level II Dental Assistant
Jay grew up in Missouri and moved to Ontario with her family as a child in 2003. She graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Algonquin College in 2010 and has been assisting ever since. She is very passionate about patient care and enjoys working with children. In the past, she has volunteered for special needs preschool classes and the Give Back Smile Program.
When away from the office, Jay enjoys four-wheeling, kayaking, camping, and fishing. Her favourite pastime is making memories with her son and husband.
Erin
Registered Dental Hygienist
Born and raised around the peaceful landscapes of Prince Edward Island, Erin developed a passion for oral health care early on. She spent time volunteering with JoyRiders, a therapeutic horse-riding association, where she assisted individuals with diverse disabilities. Alongside this, she worked at Camp Gencheff in the role of a camp counsellor, providing guidance and support to both adults and children with intellectual and physical disabilities. These experiences were deeply fulfilling, allowing her to contribute positively to the lives of others while honing her skills in adaptive support and inclusive practices.
In 2019, after a couple of years of science and nutritional studies at the University of Prince Edward Island, she decided to move to Ontario to pursue dental hygiene studies at Algonquin College. Throughout her studies, she embraced the importance of patient education and care, fuelled by a desire to make a positive impact.
When not in the office, she enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, camping and hiking. She cherishes her time spent with family and friends. Some other pastimes she enjoys are relaxing on the couch watching a movie or reading a book. In the future, she looks forward to travelling to new places around the world and growing her knowledge in the dental field.
Paige
Marketing Director
Paige started working with Sandhu Dental Group in 2018 after graduating from Algonquin College. While attending Algonquin she completed the Business Marketing and Brand Management programs. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
